Scope of Project:

The aim of the project was to digest the sludge volume within the pond, as well as reduce nutrient loading (Total P and Total N) within the pond. This would in turn result in an improved final effluent leaving the wastewater system for irrigation.

2.  BEEF AND LAMB PROCESSING PLANT

95% Reduction in FATS, OILS AND GREASE

Our client are now compliant with FOG'S, COD AND PHOSPHOROUS limits set by Council that can be discharge. In addition they have room in the parameter space to absorb accidental spills and still be compliant. With the continued use of Oceanic Bio Management the tanks have remained odour free and clean. The weekly cleaning roster has now been extended to quarterly only, incurring further labour savings.
